If you find yourself in a personal existential stage where you feel that your life flow has been broken off for some reason, that you are stuck in a personal or relational trouble, and you do not know how to get out of that situation, then coaching might be a valid tool for you to discover your own resources.

If you need to handle your emotions better, your understanding of others and your relationship with them, whether at home or at work; If you feel that a particular fear is paralyzing you, then coaching might be a valid tool for you to discover your own resources.

If you want to acquire tools to make a complaint without undermining your relationship with one or more people, if you want to learn to handle tough conversations, if you would like to promote discussions where listening is the main pivot, coaching might be of great help.

If you are struggling to assimilate a specific event in your life path or you do not find meaning in it, coaching might help you to build your own existential meanings and a new “what for”.

Knowing yourself will help you find purpose and value in your personal life. Coaching helps you discover the source of your attitudes and different life patterns and empowers you to generate the necessary transformation that will allow you to be better with yourself and with others.

How does it work?

  • 1 hour length sessions
  • These sessions can be held either in person in Barcelona, or through videoconference (Zoom, Teams, Skype) or by phone. The possibility of traveling to another city is not excluded if the client prefers so.
  • The frequency of the sessions will be agreed with each client, based on their own needs. Normally, a session is held every 15 days.
  • The number of sessions will depend on each client, as everyone has their own progress pace. Normally, 6-8 sessions are enough to verify if coaching is being effective or it is better to refer the client to another professional.
  • Some people also decide to have coaching sessions regularly, as a mean of personal growth.

Conversation Guidelines

  • The client decides which topic he/she wants to work on, and he/she is the one who leads the conversation.
  • The topics mentioned within the sessions are protected by absolute confidentiality.
  • If the topic initially regards the client job, but the coach retains to be useful to explore personal matters, he will first ask the client for permission before moving into that field.
  • The purpose of the conversation is that the client comes out with new insights and with a concrete action plan that will lead him/her to overcome the trouble that has driven him/her to the coach.
